The shell of CMKX will trade I believe. 40k shareholders are a lot of people. Very valuable. I'd bet we roll into something else and start all over again. And probably R.S. shortly after. all IMO.

Why is 40K shareholders valuable? Especially when many are nuts. Actually starting a new company, we as shareholders are a liability. The only reason to keep us is pity, lol. But seriously if your starting a new company you don't want 40,000 people owning your hard work to get it going. 40K is a liability not valuable.
Really, trading again is a huge liability. The only reason a company goes public is to raise capital and not startup capital but rather expansion capital of a profitable expanding company. Going public just to start up does not motivate and usually involves toxic financing. It is the easy way and usually tends to make the CEO over pay himself because of the incoming money and not investing it properly into the business because the money looks to easy. And most fail quickly. Trading doesn't really even make sense from a business standpoint unless you are just wanting to sell and get out.
I always thought it funny when some of these nuts talk about how the market takes out these small companies. But lack the understanding that these companies should have never been public. People have gone lazy and don't want to work to build their company. They want the easy money which usually ends up bad.
Not saying that Bill and Kevin doesn't have a goal to trade again or that it is impossible. Improbable but not impossible. But many think just because they want to we will. It isn't that easy even for people that have a lot of experience let alone two people that have no experience with a public company. And really trading again shouldn't even be a thought right now. Trading should only be a thought if there becomes a profitable company worth taking public years down the road. The only reason to think about trading right now is to appease shareholders that want to sell.

ric face it the CMKM managements goal is to appease shareholders to in the Future be willing to invest in thier new Venture wheter it be TOGI or whatever shell they decide to place any recouped assets in. After all it is now thier money to do as they see fit if anything is recovered.
All part of the PLAM , but the Wells Notice complicated that plan. Frizzel became a shitzu instead of a bull dog
And 40,000 shareholders are only valuable if they have money to invest in a new entity. 40,000 already holding 703 Billion plus shares is a dead liability
