The biggest problem is that some are more interested in taking up for these scum then to listen to the truth. What you have to remember is that you're dealing with people who are mentally ill. These are people who are the cast away's of society....forgotten and sh!t upon. But for good reason. They were born by accident, therefore, do not deserve the same air as the rest of us.
Most of these losers don't even have full-time employment. CMKX is all they really have left....and that is why they are soooooooo desperate for it to suceed. People in REAL life simply laugh and make fun of those admins....and this is a way for them to feel "important"....for once in their miserable, wasted, lives. T is a perfect example of this. She has NEVER been anything....and will die nothing. Her greatest clame to fame will be an administrator on one of the 30 billion chat boards floating around on the internet. I getting tired of some of these morons on the boards. And I am getting tired of being nice about it either. These idiots have caused more harm over the years then Urban ever did because these people are the ones that made the rumors and the lies real when they never where. I just listened to the mp3 with Cody and was very impressed by his acumen and expertise.
He confirmed a few obvious FACTS:
1.This is NOT a sting and NEVER has been a sting because stings neither involve innocent people nor linger for years;
2. Create a paper trail and gather EVIDENCE that can be used in a court of law.
I look at the information that Cody gives us as part of a necessary 1st step toward hiring a securities attorney to represent us.

Ok Storm, You just exposed our guy. Please check out his US site and he is licensed in the state of Florida as well where he resides.
He has an impressive background and credentials and I spoketo him at length today and felt he knew more than anyone Ihave spoken to in this expertise and he is a go get em guy. I would look at the Costa Rica effort as an additional venture and suited to what the needs of the location are.

"As promised and armed with the thumbnail information you provided to me earlier, I did an initial inquiry of John Edwards. According to the Clark County Nevada Court records, John Edwards was charged with theft in 2007 and convicted. I have not had time, since I just began this effort today, to verify for sure if this is the same John Edwards we spoke about earlier. I also have not been able to obtain a copy of the charging document or the events that led up to his arrest. It is interesting that the web site you gave me revealed no less than two other cases pending under this name and more importantly all of those reflect CMKM Diamonds, Inc. as a party. There is also a case involving Edwards with D.A. Whitacre Construction Inc., and Caviness Construction Co., Inc. In the other suits there are parties with names of Dave Desormeau and Francisco Carrano.
The Criminal case was filed in 2007 with the conviction handed down on February 7, 2007. He received one year in jail and two years probation. The record reflects that the jail time was suspended and he was placed on a two year probation. He successfully completed the probation and was released January 29, 2009.
As this inquiry moves forward much of this information will surface and will need to be evaluated. I look forward to assisting you and others similarly situated in obtaining as much information as possible on all of these entities, as they are probably all linked to each other. Afterthought, OMG! I just had a light bulb come on. The other day when I spoke with George Cromers secretary she said they tried to serve John Edwards but he was in a "Highly gated community and we could not get to him."
